  • Lighting levels required in different areas, corresponding light sources and recommended lighting fixtures.

  • Mood settings for individual areas with options of color changing or single color.

  • Combination of video, moving lights, lasers, color changers and effects for stages, auditoriums, dance floors and high energy areas.

  • Application of lighting control and zones to be created.

 

Below is a brief outline of specifications for sound design.

 

  • Application of different sound sources.

  • Sound levels required over the entire space.

  • Recommendation of speakers to be used based on area wise application.

  • Amplification for speakers.

  • Zoning and control of speakers.

  • Additional Devices like stage gear, mixers, CD players, microphones

Planning

This is the most important aspect for successful execution of project after approval of design. Planning involves preparing the site for installation of equipment.

 

Some of the considerations at this stage would be

 

  • Electrical wiring to be used including quality and gauge of wire.

  • Data wire to be used including quality and gauge of wire.

  • Speaker wire to be used including quality and gauge of wire.

  • Feasibility of using wireless data instead of having long runs of data wire

  • Flexibility of wiring, to accommodate more fixtures if necessary and also upgrade of systems if required

  • Flexibility of installation to allow change in positioning of fixtures for both sound and light

  • Preparation of site before equipment arrives at site in terms of necessary civil work.

Procurement and Supply

Equipment specified, would be dispatched based on the schedule of site requirements and also to ensure that installation is facilitated and completed on time.

Installations  and Maintenance 

Installation

This process is relatively straightforward to execute once effective planning is done.

 

We ensure that material used for installation is top grade and is executed by qualified and trained personnel.

 

One of the key features of installation process is to train and educate 3-4 personnel from the customers side on site. This enables them to handle minor issues which may occur at any time.

 

Programming of both light and sound control equipment is very important for the final look of the place. This is done in conjunction with the concerned designers and decision makers.

Maintenance

We provide AMCs to all our customers. Customers can avail of both comprehensive and non- comprehensive AMCs at site.

 

This includes preventive maintenance and also detailed regular maintenance of equipment.
